Bs A1C Conversion

1) i know it is possible for a hypo to develop diabetes, however, during the “conversion time” would the a1c show to be normal? the way i picture it is if a person has bs say at 40 for 1.5 months straight then say at 280 for 1.5 months, the a1c would show normal – right? 2) i just started metformin just a few days ago on 10/2/21..
